Should I share my OTP or password with anyone?
No. You should never share your OTP, password, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, net banking password or mobile banking password with anyone. Kocollection will never ask for such sensitive details.

How can I place an order?
You can browse products, add items to cart, enter billing and shipping details, choose available payment option and confirm your order through checkout.
What payment options are available?
Available payment options may include UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, wallets or other methods enabled through payment gateway partners. Available options will be visible at checkout.
What if payment is deducted but order is not confirmed?
Please contact support with your payment screenshot, transaction ID, UPI reference number if applicable, registered mobile number and email address. The issue will be checked with the payment gateway or bank.
Can my order be cancelled by the company?
Yes. The company may cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect price, suspicious transaction, incorrect address, non-serviceable location or violation of Platform policies.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Order confirmation may be shared through email, SMS, account dashboard or other available communication channels after successful order placement and verification.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on customer location, courier serviceability, local conditions and operational factors.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after order/payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during high order volume, holidays or operational delays.
Which courier service is used?
Orders may be shipped through registered domestic courier companies, logistics partners and/or India Post depending on customer location, pin code serviceability and operational convenience.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Address change requests may be accepted only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped or handed over to the courier/logistics partner, address change may not be possible.
What happens if delivery fails?
Delivery may fail due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, refusal or courier issue. If the order returns to origin due to customer-related reasons, reshipping may attract additional charges.
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations FAQs
What is the return period?
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery for eligible products, subject to verification and approval as per the Return Policy.
When should I report damaged, defective or wrong products?
Damaged, defective or wrong product issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers may be asked to share product images, packaging images and unboxing video for verification.
What condition should the product be in for return?
The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, in original condition, with original tags, labels, packaging and invoice/order proof. Products failing quality inspection may not be eligible for return.
How long does refund take after approval?
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Actual credit time may depend on the bank, UPI provider, card issuer or payment gateway.
Are all products returnable?
No. Certain categories such as socks, hygiene-sensitive items, used products, washed products, altered products, products without tags or products marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for return.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation may be accepted only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. Approved cancellations are handled as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
