The Platform offers products including, but not limited to:

- Women’s lifestyle and fashion products
- Other fashion products listed from time to time
The Platform allows users to:

3. Definition of User

If any person claiming to represent the Company asks for such details, you should not share them.
The Company shall not be responsible for losses caused due to sharing of sensitive payment credentials by the customer with any third party.
10. Payment Failure and Transaction Issues
In case of payment failure, pending payment, duplicate debit or payment mismatch, the customer should contact us with:
- Order ID
- Payment screenshot
- Transaction ID
- UPI reference number, if applicable
- Bank reference number, if available
- Registered mobile number or email address
If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, we will verify the transaction with the payment gateway or bank.
Refund, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy.
General delivery process:
- Customer places an order
- Order and payment are verified
- Product is packed and processed
- Product is handed over to courier/logistics partner
- Tracking details are shared, wherever available
- Product is delivered to the customer’s shipping address
Estimated timelines:
- Order processing time: Usually 24–48 working hours after order confirmation
- Delivery timeline: Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier serviceability
Delivery timelines may be affected due to:
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Incorrect address
- Remote location
- Operational issues
- Force majeure events
- Government restrictions or local disruptions
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable mobile number.
12. Cancellation, Return and Refund

General conditions:
- Cancellation may be allowed only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

- Customers may be required to provide images, videos or unboxing proof for verification.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within the timeline mentioned in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kopysynk Technology Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, service providers and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs or expenses arising out of:
